The kids slid thru the snow and arrived right after Santa, at 7:30 am. Arn had been snowblowing since 4:30 am to get them into the driveway. Here's Cody and Rylee opening Santa gifts before breakfast.

Then it was time for the birthday boy -- celebrated on Christmas cuz of all the snow and distances to travel.

This is Marc, Jan 2nd, shoveling snow off his roof. Looks like loads of fun, huh? Speaking of snow -- the city of Spokane is now officially called "Snowkane"!!!! The month of Dec. ended with over 60 inches of snow. We are now over 70" and the next 6-12" is due tomorrow night into Monday morning. It just keeps getting better and better -- Oh yes, this am was -17 degrees in Deer Park. How can we top this???????? (Truly, we are not trying).
